Diabetes Self-Care and Review is held quarterly from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in The Bellevue Hospital's Conference Rooms A & B. Sessions focus on nutrition, medication, exercise, handling unexpected illness, and other issues of diabetes self-management. Participants also learn about the 5 M's of diabetes care: motion, monitoring, meals, medication and management.
